Dispatch & Delivery Policy

Dispatch Information:
All bags will be automatically closed every Friday after our Friday Night live.
No bags will be closed before that day. 
Those orders will then be packed up and dispatched within 7 working days (which excludes Saturday or Sunday).
All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Delivery.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation.
Delivery Queries:
Please note that Royal Mail do not declare a parcel/item as lost until the following days have passed:
- 21 working days (UK)
We cannot process your order as lost until the above days have passed as per Royal Mail.
If your order has not arrived after 21 working days from dispatch:

Unpaid P&P:  
P&P payments should be paid straight away.
There are no exceptions.
If your parcel exceeds 2kg:
Then additional P&P will be due.
We try and keep postage charges as low as possible which is why we keep your bag open from Sat until Fri. Our working week is from Sat- Fri so once P&P has been paid on your first order of that week, you will then click the "free shipping" option, thereafter, until Friday night. Then it'll restart again from Sat for the new week.
We send all parcels via Royal Mail, 2nd Class Recorded Delivery which costs £4.20 up to 2kg. Anything over that weight will require additional P&P to be paid per 2kg. 
You will be invoiced separately for the additional P&P charges using the email address used for your order. Please ensure your email address is correct and in use so you are notified of the invoice. Additional P&P must be paid immediately.  Failure to pay the additional P&P will result in delays dispatching your parcel(s). 
International Shipping Option:
Applicable to all customers outside of the UK.
For International customers your Postage and Packaging charges will be calculated when your parcel has been packed up and weighed. Then you will be invoiced from ccsonestopbeautyshop@hotmail.com email address for the P&P charges.
Payment must be made straight away. There must be no delays with paying for your parcel(s).

We fully understand and accept that mistakes can happen. We try our best to rectify any problems as much as we possibly can. However, when a parcel has been posted and has been changed on the tracking as "delivered and signed for" either by yourself or the designated postal service (Royal Mail/ Overseas Postal Service) the responsibility no longer falls with us.

At that point, you will need to take responsibility for the issue by contacting your postal service/department.
